Small Law Marketing Strategy: Learn Your Why

How many legal events does the average American experience throughout their lifetime? 

The answer: 7

I know this from my previous work at ARAG Legal Insurance.  How many times do people in need of legal services realize they have a legal matter that requires professional help? I don't have the data right at hand, but I think we all know that the number is less than 7.  This is why I am so passionate about educating and connecting legal consumers in need of legal help to a quality attorney who will provide them the service they need. 

As a consultant, I want to help lawyers and law firms understand how to best serve their clients, be found by the people that they can help the most and  ensure a good experience.  The beginning of a new year means the end to the previous. Right now it is important to solidify your mission. What do you want to accomplish in 2021? First, I recommend getting very clear about your mission and the steps that will aid you in achieving your business goals. Where is your focus this year? What do you want to accomplish? There is no better time to be asking yourself these questions and reiterating your why.
